1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

• Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during high-volume sales periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to our standard rate structure:

• Standard Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days following order processing.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed.

3. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will normally update within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Damages, Losses & Missing Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit:

• Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.

• Contact our customer support immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged product and outer packaging.

• We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

6. Address Changes & Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot modify the address.
